Color display is single color due to loose video cable connection.
Cause:
Video cable connections are loose.
Solution:
Secure video cable firmly into video port on back of base unit (and display unit, if applicable).
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Check video cable connections:
a) Secure connection of the video cable to the video port on the back of the computer.
b) If the video cable has a connector plug on the display unit end, securely connect it.
3) Turn on the computer.
